Your main duties in flying with us:
- Establish new hotel partnerships, manage existing hotel accounts, maintain strong partner relationships, and enhance commercial agreements, including securing promotional rates and improving profit margins.
- Continuously track and optimize price competitiveness and room availability to ensure market strength.
- Collaborate with related teams to assist in managing customer bookings effectively.
- Take ownership of meeting SLAs, individual KPIs, and contribute to the overall performance targets.
- Analyze hotel performance regularly and implement strategies to increase hotel productivity and revenue.
- Ensure hotel content is accurate and up to date, covering details such as facilities and descriptions to enhance booking potential.
- Contribute to company-wide campaigns and tactical promotions to boost visibility and sales.
- Onboard hotels under special agreements to boost profitability and market advantage.
- Deliver presentations to strengthen collaboration and long-term relationships with hotel partner.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimal 1 year of experience in sales, e-commerce and/or revenue management, highly preferred within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA channels)
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Competency in Microsoft and Goggle Suites applications
- Ability to maintain quality accross high volumes of work with tight deadlines
- Focus on accuracy and a strong eye for detail
- Collaborative, supportive and proactive
- Strong sense of initiative in team and independent works
- Good communication skill and work ethic
