Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Establish new hotel partnerships, manage existing hotel accounts, maintain strong partner relationships, and enhance commercial agreements, including securing promotional rates and improving profit margins.
    • Continuously track and optimize price competitiveness and room availability to ensure market strength.
    • Collaborate with related teams to assist in managing customer bookings effectively.
    • Take ownership of meeting SLAs, individual KPIs, and contribute to the overall performance targets.
    • Analyze hotel performance regularly and implement strategies to increase hotel productivity and revenue.
    • Ensure hotel content is accurate and up to date, covering details such as facilities and descriptions to enhance booking potential.
    • Contribute to company-wide campaigns and tactical promotions to boost visibility and sales.
    • Onboard hotels under special agreements to boost profitability and market advantage.
    • Deliver presentations to strengthen collaboration and long-term relationships with hotel partner.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
    • Minimal 1 year of experience in sales, e-commerce and/or revenue management, highly preferred within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA channels)
    • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
    • Competency in Microsoft and Goggle Suites applications
    • Ability to maintain quality accross high volumes of work with tight deadlines
    • Focus on accuracy and a strong eye for detail

    • Strong sense of initiative in team and independent works
    • Good communication skill and work ethic
