Job Summary:
The Tax Officer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of tax reconciliations and reports, supporting tax audits, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. This role requires close collaboration with accounting and finance teams to prepare reconciliations, calculate Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and manage fiscal corrections while providing support for tax audits and international tax considerations.

Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Prepare reconciliations of Withholding Tax (WHT) to expenses and Value-Added Tax (VAT) to revenue to ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records.
    • Reconcile income with accounts receivable to support accurate revenue reporting and financial integrity.
    • Review and verify monthly tax reports to ensure compliance with regulations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
    • Support tax audits and SP2DK processes by providing detailed data, accurate calculations, and timely clarifications to tax authorities.
    • Calculate and report Corporate Income Tax (CIT) for Indonesian entities in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
    • Prepare fiscal corrections aligned with regulatory requirements to maintain compliance and accuracy in tax filings.
    • Review tax matters for overseas entities to support international tax compliance and reporting.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to provide supporting data for financial statements and audit reports, ensuring consistency and transparency.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tax reporting, reconciliation, and tax audit support.
    • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations including WHT, VAT, and CIT.
    • Experience with SP2DK and tax audit procedures.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax/accounting systems.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to perform fiscal corrections accurately and efficiently.
    • Familiarity with international tax treatment is an advantage.
