Your main duties in flying with us:
- Support the design and review of organizational structures to align with business priorities
- Gathering and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of OD interventions and provide recommendations to leadership
- Conduct job analysis, job evaluation, and workload analysis to provide insights for manpower planning and structure optimization
- Execute employee movement processes related to structural changes., ensure smooth transitions and compliance with policies
- Facilitate assessments to support talent review, succession planning, and promotion process
- Support and administer promotion processes with timely manner
- Work closely with People Partners and business stakeholders to support organization readiness
- Support performance management cycle in assigned stakeholders
- Manage organizational changes in HRIS to ensure the organization is updated
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor Degree, Psychology/Business Management, with 3-4 years experienced in OD or highly involved in OD related projects. Experience in tech company will be a plus
- Strong in OD knowledge, analytical & problem solving skill by providing data-driving insight making
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Maintaining OD principles while showing agility and flexibility to business needs
- Proactive and self-driven
