Job Summary:
Finance & Accounting Sr Officer is responsible for end-to-end operational expenses processes for Indonesia entity and International. This includes journal creation, handling invoicing and payment, create automation in our ERP system. The role ensures timely and accurate financial processing and supports compliance through audit preparation and coordination with legal, tax, and operational teams.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Perform daily accounting operations including journal entry posting, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenancePrepare and record journal entries related to operational expenses such as marketing costs, travel expenses, and vendor payments
- Handle end-to-end accounts payable (AP) processes: verify invoices, match with supporting documents, coordinate with internal requestors, and process payments accurately and on time
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and prepayments
- Assist in preparing financial reports, working papers, and account reconciliations
- Support the accounting activities for international entities, ensuring transactions are recorded consistently and intercompany balances are properly tracked
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice or payment-related issues
- Maintain proper documentation for all accounting transactions to ensure audit readiness
- Assist in tax data preparation and compliance with local tax regulations
- Participate in ongoing improvements of accounting workflows, documentation, and tools for better efficiency and accuracy
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, particularly in Opex, General Expense, and Account Payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Understanding of tax regulations and documentation.
- Familiar with journal entries, financial reporting, and reconciliations..
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
