Your main duties in flying with us:

    • Lead generation for new insurance product: proactively identify and approach for new insurance product opportunities [Travel & Lifestyle]
    • Maintain a deep understanding of general insurance products and the OTA or e-commerce landscape
    • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding insurance 
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of insurance product
    • Lead the onboarding process for new travel-related insurance products for tiket.com customers.
    • Product set up & QA in system: ensure smooth end to end set up for new and existing insurance product in tiket internal system [including TC's and benefit structure]
    • Market research and competitive analysis: conduct benchmarking and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and gap with our current offerings, supporting better decision-making and product innovation
    • Performance tracking and optimization support: collaborate with other stakeholders to give recommendation , product performance review post-launch
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with tiket.com’s insurance partners and other key stakeholders
    • Effectively manage multiple priorities while overseeing one or more books of business

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration).
    • 3-5 years of experience in an insurance company, marketing, sales, or revenue management. Additional insurance education or certifications are preferred.
    • Strong understanding of OTA (Online Travel Agency) or travel industry terminology.
    • Proven experience in client account management, including handling relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing inquiries or claims.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint for presentations.
    • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
    • A results-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
