The Division Manager will oversee electrical construction projects and project teams. They are responsible for the overall administrative and technical direction of site operations, as well as planning, coordinating, and directing the entire engineering and construction effort to ensure projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities
-Align and develop talent to achieve division objectives.
-Evolve the division through strategic initiatives.
-Own and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
-Analyze and understand the geographic market to identify needs and opportunities.
-Lead and filter project acquisition based on competencies and capacity.
-Maintain full responsibility and control over division financials.
-Provide leadership and support to project teams.

Qualifications
-Previous experience as a Division Manager or Project Executive overseeing an electrical division exceeding $20M in annual revenue.
-Strong financial acumen and understanding of division financials.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
-Ability to travel as needed.
-Demonstrated commitment to integrity, quality, professionalism, knowledge, safety, community, and personal growth.
