We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team with both day-to-day operations and big-picture projects. You’ll be the go-to person for employee data, reporting, and HR processes—helping us stay organized, accurate, and ready to make people-first decisions.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding, making sure each employee’s experience is smooth from start to finish.
- Maintain employee records and data, ensuring accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Build, update, and analyze HR reports and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions.
- Support benefits administration, payroll, and employee leaves.
- Partner with HR team members on employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and compliance needs.
- Provide day-to-day HR support by answering employee questions and routing requests.
- Provide administrative support to HR Management by preparing reports, presentations. and other business communications.

What You'll Need
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook skills (you’ll be the team’s go-to person).
- Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) is a plus.
- Post secondary degree/ associate degree is preferred.
