We’re hiring an Executive Operations Manager for the Office of the President. This isn’t an assistant role. This is a chance to step into a high-impact position where you’ll be the President’s right hand. You’ll make sure priorities get done, operations run smoothly, and communication—inside and outside the company—lands with clarity.

What you’ll do:
- Focus and align on what matters most by managing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, align teams, and remove roadblocks.
- Spot inefficiencies and recommend better ways of working.
- Join client calls, meetings, and events as an extension of the President.
- Draft proposals, presentations, and follow-up notes that strengthen relationships.
- Write internal updates, announcements, and employee communications.
- Be the connector between leadership and employees to keep everyone aligned.
- Support culture-building and engagement programs.
- Travel to job sites and industry meetings with the President to provide on-the-ground support.
- Manage logistics for events, travel, and offsite engagements.

What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Building Construction, Business Management, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, communications, or a related role.
- Strong writing and speaking skills.
- Organization skills that keep projects moving forward.
- A proactive mindset and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Electrical contracting or construction experience (a plus, not required).
