Administrative Project Coordinator

📍 Onsite | South Fulton City | 8 AM – 4 PM, Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a full-time Administrative Project Coordinator to support a fast-moving data center construction project. You’ll work elbow-to-elbow with Project Managers to keep budgets updated, paperwork submitted, and projects flowing from day one to done.
This role is based onsite — not remote — so you’ll be part of the heartbeat of the project, right where it happens.

What you’ll be doing:

    • You should be great at Excel — not just opening it, but actually using it to solve problems.
    • Keeping projects organized — from daily reports and RFIs to budgets, PSAs, and final closeouts
    • Entering data, creating budgets, and submitting Notices to Owners
    • Managing delivery tracking, time tracking, and change orders (with Project Manager approval)
    • Supporting the accounting team with small project invoicing and direct purchases
    • Being the friendly first face — answering phones and greeting visitors
    • Pitching in on whatever else keeps the wheels turning

What makes you a fit:

    • 2–5 years of experience in administrative support
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Bilingual (preferred but not required)
    • Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken
    • Comfortable juggling priorities and meeting deadlines
    • Positive, people-first attitude
    • Self-starter with initiative to see what needs doing and do it
