The Titan Wealth Group is a wealth and asset management business bringing high quality execution and administration to the sector through leverage of the Group’s resources and technology. We meet universal wealth and asset management needs by supporting our own as well as client IFAs and DFMs with innovative, quality and integrated solutions that drive efficiency into every part of the wealth management cycle.
 
We are an active acquirer of DFMs and IFA’s in the UK, following an aggressive growth trajectory, having trebled in size from the initial acquisition of “GPP” under two years ago. Our strategy sees strong organic growth within the near term coupled with significantly larger acquisitions. We currently manage ten entities attracting taxation, mostly UK-orientated with exposure to Jersey and South Africa.
 
The role
The Business Development Manager will be accountable for developing robust relationships prospective clients within a set geographic region. Create and provide solutions for prospective customers that balance their short and long term needs, helping them to achieve their ambitions.

Job responsibilities

    • Winning new business through engaging qualifying prospective customers and delivering outstanding service which highlights the Titan Wealth proposition
    • Effectively managing stakeholders, proactively and effectively building robust Internal and Customer relationships
    • Pro-actively leveraging external data and insights to identify opportunities to support clients
    • Running customer engagement and education events to build awareness for the Titan Wealth brand, and attract new clients to engage with us in a positive way
    • Build an opportunity pipeline of qualified, good-fit prospects through existing networks and develop a new network of potential prospects
    •  Create the regional sales strategy in collaboration with  Head of sales•  
    • Successfully convert potential opportunities to actual leads against a clear need and budget, by enacting proactive pursuit strategies.
    • Participate in the pitch and proposal processes, creating the foundation for long-term, value-based relationships.
    • To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required.
    • Adhere to consumer duty.

Requirements

    • Experience selling to IFAs
    • Subject Matter Expert - deep knowledge and experience of business development in similar industry
    • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
    • Takes responsibility and accountability for personal development
    • Networker - develops deep, sustainable relationships, and understands how to leverage those relationships strategically to provide the right outcomes for stakeholders.
    • Effective communicator – adapts style to suit the audience with confidence and able to negotiate with clients and colleagues.
