The role
To be part of the Corporate Client Support Team that provides exceptional service by ensuring that all customers are dealt with professionally and effectively. Ensuring the swift and precise processing and support of new schemes, existing schemes including Auto Enrolment, annual governance and other administration support processes working closely with the Corporate Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Consultants in the preparation of new schemes and maintaining existing schemes, ensuring all are fit for purpose
- Collate the data and liaise closely with Providers, Employers and Payroll Companies
- Assist in completing Governance on an annual basis with Corporate Consultants
- Produce client letters/assessments as required
- Frequently interact with advisers and client support to ensure that we deliver an excellent customer service to all clients
- Liaising with product providers as and when necessary, chasing as often as required.
- Ensure that all income is invoiced, recorded, and matched correctly within the system
- Chase any debtors and liaise closely with Finance
- Ensure electronic client files in IO are updated accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the standards and processes in place.
- Create and maintain effective client files
- Build strong, effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that regulatory obligations are met, and dependent processes are adhered to.
- To deal efficiently with all day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from clients and providers.
- Keep up to date with new products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace
- Always comply with the Compliance policies
- Engage with training and development as applicable
- Work within agreed SLA’s to deliver a target driven, customer focused service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business.
- To highlight to your line manager procedures & processes that do not adhere to the principles of TCF/RCR and to put forward suggestions that improve the TCF/RCR practices within the department.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of Auto Enrolment legislation and Workplace Pension schemes.
- Strong process orientation with a desire to do things right first time.
- Ability to plan own workload and prioritise conflicting demands and deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of performance and activity.
- Be self-motivated with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Professional in manner and approach.
- Actively listen to colleagues, respect ideas, and aim to improve process.
- Highly competent with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience of working within a relevant FCA regulated business.
- Administration skills.
- Experience of dealing with customers.
- Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships.
