Kellton Tech is seeking a seasoned, dynamic ‘Sales Director’ to lead Sales and Marketing as we enter our next period of growth, and cement our position as a category leader in IT solutions and digital transformation for Europe and the UK. The role is focused on rapidly growing the business, building Sales and Marketing strategy for Kellton. The goal is to create a market leader position for Kellton in the EU & UK through differentiators and values to our customers.
 
The ideal candidate is an established leader with a successful track record of new sales, generating demand, and acquiring new logos. The candidate will need to demonstrate the right competences, growth mindset and ability to build customer network in the region.

Responsibilities:

    • New Sales – Open new accounts and build customer portfolios in the UK and EU.
    • Demand Generation – Lead demand generation through various channels such as marketing, social media, referrals, and others
    • Build local partnerships – Establish local partnerships with software product companies, Hyper Scalers, and complementing partners.
    • Build a brand – Build a strong brand for Kellton through various marketing initiatives and channels.
    • Be a trusted adviser – Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation with an ability to be a trusted advisor to customers.
    • Sales Operations and forecasting – Ability to work in complex matrix organization and experience in Sales Operations and forecasting.
    • Culture ambassador and change catalyst - Energize our teams and shape culture in collaboration with the leadership team. Execute change programs and reinforce company values and identity.

Role Requirements:

    • Proven track record of generating new business, acquire logos and growing the business in the UK and EU.
    • Proven experience in demand generation through marketing, social media, referrals, and other channels
    • Strong track record of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor and/or manager
    • Ability to build a healthy pipeline
    • Deep understanding and experience of selling IT services specializing in Digital solutions, Enterprise Solutions, and Cloud-based solutions
    • Experience in managing the business in the UK and European markets
    • Confidence to take calculated risks and learn by testing, experience systematizing growth through high-tempo experimentation across targeting, messaging, channels, and tactics.
    • Experience in Sales forecasting
    • 10 to 15 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in generating new business.
    • Global mindset, experience working with international teams.
    • Ability to lead and build collaborative teams, develop people, and align their development with high-priority business objectives.
    • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to synthesize data and communicate complex concepts to customers, leadership, and key stakeholders.

    • Ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy

    • Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance
