Position:- Program Manager

Experience :- 10+ Years

Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs.     

Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects.     

Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.   

Ability to stay calm and composed to deliver under pressure.    

Strategic thinkers having adequate cost control / management experience would be a plus.    

Ability to Multitask, and manage various projects / accounts concurrently.     

Must have a clear understanding of project management frameworks like Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid.     

Expected to formulate suitable strategies and objectives around each account.     

Coordinating cross-project and inter-departmental activities.     

Lead, evaluate and mentor project managers and other staff.     

Strong knowledge of Change, Risk and Resource management is required.    

Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods from initiation to closure.    

Working knowledge of program/project management tools like JIRA, Basecamp, MS Project, Smartsheet etc. is a strong advantage.
