They’re looking for a Graphic Designer who will create visually stunning assets that elevate the brand’s identity and engage the audience. Leveraging your expertise in still and digital media, you will collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality visuals that effectively communicate the brand message and showcase products in innovative ways.

What You'll Do

    • Visual Asset Creation: Design and produce a wide range of visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, and photo corrections, that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.                        
    • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize and develop visual concepts for various content initiatives, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, landing pages, paid media assets, packaging, print media, and more.                   
    • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of visual assets, including photos, videos, graphics, and templates, ensuring easy access and retrieval for content creators and other stakeholders.                    
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver visually compelling solutions that meet business objectives.                     
    • Quality Assurance: Review and approve visual assets for accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand standards, conducting revisions and refinements as needed to ensure the final output meets expectations.                      

What You Need

    • 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, photography, videography, or digital media production, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.                 
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and editing software.                       
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of still and digital media projects, including graphics, photography, and videos.                      
    • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.               
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually compelling assets.                      
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.                      
    • Experience in e-commerce or the consumer goods industry is a plus.                   
    • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.                             

Salary & Perks

    • Competitive salary.                    
    • This is a full-time, long-term position.                   
    • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.                    
    • Work from home.                   
    • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
