They’re seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead acquisition and retention strategies across 6+ DTC clients, covering channels like email, SMS, loyalty, and subscriptions. You’ll oversee client relationships, mentor 1–2 CRM Analysts, and drive strategy that turns first-time visitors into loyal buyers across industries like food, beauty, tech, and apparel.

What You'll Do

    • Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition and retention strategies for a portfolio of DTC clients.              
    • Manage the end-to-end email production process, from initial concept through to deployment.                
    • Ensure cohesive omnichannel strategies across all client communication platforms.          
    • Oversee the development and optimization of retention initiatives, including subscriptions, loyalty programs, and referrals.                   
    • Conduct quality assurance on all deliverables, ensuring high standards are met.           
    • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.                   
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Mentor and support CRM Analysts, fostering professional growth and development.           

What You Need

    • 2-5 years of experience in email marketing within the e-commerce sector.
    • Proficiency with email service providers, particularly Klaviyo; experience with platforms like Iterable, Attentive, Wonderment, or Yotpo is advantageous.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic actions.
    • Experience in customer segmentation and database management.
    • Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively.
    • Experience collaborating with creative and e-commerce teams in the development of marketing assets.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
    • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

    • Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 days in the office).  Remote if outside NY            
    • Salary: 80k - 95k / Year + Benefits.              
    • This is a full-time, long-term position.                
    • The position is immediately available.              
    • Hybrid.               
    • Monday through Friday, regular business hours - EST.
