A cutting-edge cookware company is seeking an experienced ClickUp Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will orchestrate seamless projects and streamline collaboration across departments, weaving a symphony of success by harnessing the power of ClickUp to elevate their direct-to-consumer initiatives. 

As the Project Manager, you’ll be critical in optimizing project workflows and collaboration across various departments, focusing on utilizing ClickUp PMS. Your expertise in project management tools, cross-functional collaboration, and background in one or more eCommerce work domains will contribute to their operations' overall efficiency and success.

What You'll Do

    • Project Management: Work hand-in-glove with department heads and project owners to flesh out deliverables and milestones; build PM structures (in ClickUp) to support; manage and support deadlines, roadblocks, and resource allocations for each project. 
    • Serve as a resident expert on ClickUp PMS, ensuring optimal utilization and integration into cross-departmental workflows. 
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand project workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains, and building out in PMS. 
    • Provide training and support to team members on ClickUp PMS, ensuring high proficiency across departments. 
    • Facilitate collaboration between departments by implementing project management best practices and utilizing ClickUp features for seamless communication and task management. 
    • Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project timelines, goals, and deliverables.  
    • Generate and analyze project management reports, providing insights to leadership on project status, resource allocation, and potential areas for improvement. These reports should include built-in ClickUp functions like dashboards, workload reports, and more. 
    • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data and information within ClickUp, addressing any discrepancies promptly. 
    • Regularly sit in project management meetings to capture tasks and updates that need to be created or updated in ClickUp daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. Also, serve as an accountability partner across these tasks to help protect deadlines and deliverables. 

What You Need

    • Proven experience as a project manager, using ClickUp PMS with in-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. 
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 
    • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for process optimization. 
    • Familiarity with DTC e-commerce operations and challenges. 
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives. 
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
    • Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.

    • This is a full-time, long-term position.   
    • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. 
    • Work from home.  
    • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
