What You'll Do
- Negotiate with clients to develop favorable terms.
- Review documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in corporate legal processes such as mergers and transactions.
What You Need
- Knowledge of corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law
- Familiarity with corporate structures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.
- The Firm will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring ordinance.
Salary & Benefits
- Location: Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley
- Competitive Salary $130,000 - $140,000 (Plus Bonus)
- This is a full-time, long-term position.
