They seek a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. Key duties include hiring, training, resolving customer issues, managing budgets, and achieving sales goals. What You'll Do
- Hire, train, and manage team performance.
- Foster a safe and productive work environment.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Train team members on effective sales techniques.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through goodwill visits.
- Oversee sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.
- Manage budgets and address operational challenges.
- Support service representatives in the field as needed.
- Assist with product pick-up and delivery when necessary.
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
- Perform general managerial and administrative duties.
What You Need
- Required:
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Preferred:
- Management experience.
- Experience in industrial sales or customer service.
- Availability to start within two weeks after the offer is made/accepted.
Salary & Benefits
- Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA.
- Salary: $95,000-$105,000 / Year
- This is a full-time, long-term position.
