They seek a Service Manager to directly manage our customer-facing Service team. Key duties include hiring, training, resolving customer issues, managing budgets, and achieving sales goals. What You'll Do

    • Hire, train, and manage team performance.           
    • Foster a safe and productive work environment.             
    • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.             
    • Train team members on effective sales techniques.            
    • Maintain strong customer relationships through goodwill visits.            
    • Oversee sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.           
    • Manage budgets and address operational challenges.          
    • Support service representatives in the field as needed.           
    • Assist with product pick-up and delivery when necessary.              
    • Drive company vehicle to customer locations.            
    • Perform general managerial and administrative duties.         

What You Need

    • Required:          
    • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.       
    • Preferred:               
    • Management experience.                                
    • Experience in industrial sales or customer service.             
    • Availability to start within two weeks after the offer is made/accepted.             

Salary & Benefits

    • Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA.        
    • Salary: $95,000-$105,000 / Year          
    • This is a full-time, long-term position.
