We are looking for a Google Paid Media Manager to join a lean, high-impact team managing 19+ paid search accounts alongside another Paid Media Manager and a Funnel Architect. Budgets typically run $10K–$30K/month, scaling with client size.
In this role, you’ll own campaign strategy and execution, crafting persuasive ad copy, optimizing daily, and delivering data-driven insights that drive client success. You’ll also streamline our internal workflows, ensuring the Paid Media function scales smoothly. What You'll Do
- Web & Funnel Strategy:
- Plan and launch high-converting campaigns, primarily on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax).
- Optimize daily across a portfolio of 8–12 accounts to hit key KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR).
- Collaborate with your Paid Media peer to ensure balanced workload and campaign consistency.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze performance data to detect trends, surface insights, and proactively fix issues.
- Own monthly reporting and deliver clear, actionable takeaways for clients and internal teams.
- Run A/B tests on ads, bids, and landing pages in collaboration with the Funnel Architect.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with account managers and creatives to align messaging and strategy.
- Join client calls/emails as needed—especially when results shift or new opportunities arise.
- Translate complex performance data into plain-language recommendations.
- Process & Quality Control:
- Ensure airtight UTM tracking, naming conventions, and conversion setups across accounts.
- Codify repeatable wins and contribute to playbooks and SOPs.
- Improve systems to make account management smarter, faster, and more scalable.
What You Need
- 3–5 years managing Google Ads for B2C lead generation.
- $100K+ monthly ad spend under direct management.
- Proven track record in optimizing for CPL and lead quality.
- Must Have:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax)
- Conversion tracking: GA4, GTM, Google Ads, call tracking (CallRail, WhatConverts)
- Excel / Google Sheets: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas
- Looker Studio or similar for dashboards.
- Strategic & Analytical Strengths:
- Able to analyze performance across accounts and isolate high-leverage optimizations.
- Confidently building forecasts and media plans.
- Clear, professional written English—your ad copy must be client-grade.
- Organized and calm under pressure; able to prioritize across a full book of business.
- Bonus - Nice to have:
- Familiarity with pest control or broader home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Prior agency experience juggling multiple accounts.
- Experience with eCommerce Google campaigns (even limited)
Salary & Perks

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.

- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
