What You'll Do
- Demand & Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain global demand & inventory forecasting models based on historical sales trends, demand drivers, & statistical analysis.
- Inventory Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels and identify trends to optimize inventory management, ensuring stock availability aligns with business needs.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
- Data Analysis: Analyze demand & inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement, resolve inventory discrepancies, and recommend process enhancements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, and sales, to ensure the accuracy of demand forecasts and inventory availability.
- Shipment Tracking: Track and monitor inventory shipments from the factory, ensuring timely updates and communication.
- Inventory Allocation: Oversee and manage inventory allocation plans across a domestic and international fulfillment network, providing recommendations to optimize inventory positioning across our distribution channels.
- Fulfillment Oversight: Review actual fulfillment center shipments against planned order projections to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and procedures, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
What You Need
- 2-4 years + of proven experience in inventory management, demand planning, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel forecast modeling & ERP systems.
- DTC or E-commerce background
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.

- This is a full-time, long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.

- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
