A leading provider of personalized home care services in Hawaii is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Care Consultant in the Honolulu, HI area. The Nurse Care Consultant will perform assessments, build care plans, supervise care delivery, and manage clients' overall care experience. It is a full-time, salaried administrative position with a regular work week of Monday through Friday. If you enjoy working on a team and caring for clients long-term, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
- You will perform assessments, build care plans, supervise care delivery, and manage our clients' overall care experience.
- This is an administrative role, where you will be working mainly in the office (in Honolulu) and driving to visit clients on the island.
What You Need
- State of Hawaii Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license, current and in good standing.
- Current CPR & First Aid Certifications.
- Current TB clearance + proof of past TB 2-step test.
- Ability to ambulate within a variety of home environments.
- Criminal Abstract will be reviewed.
- Pass written entry exams and skills assessments.
- Valid driver's license.
- License/Certification: RN License (Required).
