What You'll Do
- Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers while providing medically reliable, high-quality laboratory diagnostic services expeditiously delivered to practitioners.
- Provides information for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease by conducting medical laboratory tests.
- Provides insightful analysis.
- Participates in appropriate performance improvement and CQI activities.
What You Need
- MLT with an associate degree in related health sciences and certified with a nationally recognized agency (ASCP) or CLS by the National Certification Agency for Medical Laboratory Personnel or Medical Technologist Certified with a nationally recognized agency (example ASCP)
- Current CPR certificate
- Current Washington State Department of Health MAP Phlebotomy License.
- Recent experience in blood banking, microbiology, and blood gas analysis, with experience in arterial puncture, hematology, and automated chemistry.
- Excellent customer service skills, effective speaking, communication, and professionalism required
Salary & Benefits
- Location: Tonasket, WA
- Salary range: $25.82/HR to $42.37/HR
- Shift: 3x12s, 7 pm-7:30 am (night shifts) + rotating weekends with weekends required
