As a Growth Manager on the Paid Social team, you will be responsible for leading andexecuting digital marketing services for clients, managing medium to large clientsindependently with very limited oversight, and driving significant business results. You will alsomentor junior team members and contribute to the strategic direction of the Paid Social team.

What You'll Do

    • Strategic Development: Develop and execute advanced digital marketing strategies through Ads Manager, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. 
    • Client Management: Manage and optimize paid social campaigns for medium to large clients, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction. 
    • Media Buying: Demonstrate expertise in media buying, benchmarking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance. 
    • Client Onboarding: Facilitate successful onboarding of new customers, develop initial digital marketing strategies, and ensure a smooth transition to the team. 
    • Process Improvement: Establish and maintain customer support practices by creating policies and procedures that optimize the client experience. 
    • Performance Reporting: Produce detailed reports on campaign performance, including weekly and monthly updates, lead client engagement calls, conduct quarterly and annual reviews. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain internal best practices and report on industry updates, operational best practices, and new technologies. 
    • Mentorship: Assist management with business development, financial planning, and mentoring junior team members. 
    • Creative Insight: Understand the impact of creative on account performance and effectively advise on and iterate creative strategies to scale accounts.

What You Need

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • 5+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically within
    • Facebook Ads Manager (experience with TikTok and other platforms is a plus). 
    • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to problem-solving. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. 
    • Ability to conduct data-driven analysis, A/B testing, and provide granular insights to improve campaign performance. 
    • A team player who actively engages with other department members to share findings and contribute to the department's culture. 
    • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing large-scale campaigns and mentoring junior team members. 
    • Proficiency in navigating tools and platforms outside of Ads Manager, with experience in MTA tools being a plus.  
    • Strong understanding of the role of creative in digital marketing, with the ability to conceptualize, advise on, and iterate creative strategies.

$95,000 - $110,000 a year
