We’re seeking a Paid Media Coordinator & Creative Strategist with a passion for Meta and TikTok Performance Marketing Ads. This role is designed for someone eager to get hands-on experience in concepting, analyzing, and producing high-performing ad creatives alongside our lead Creative Strategists. Sitting just below our Creative Director, this role focuses on supporting creative strategy execution, analyzing ad performance data, and collaborating with production partners to bring winning ad concepts to life.                              

This is a behind-the-scenes role where you’ll be responsible for paid advertising creative analysis, developing strategic ad briefs, and ensuring seamless creative production—all with the goal of improving CTR, ROAS, and overall performance for our D2C clients.                

What You'll Do

    • Assist in co-managing creative strategy across clients’ paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).                 
    • Analyze top-performing ad creatives using Motion boards, Facebook Business Manager, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to extract insights.             
    • Support the creation and delivery of approximately 10 ad briefs per client every other week, ensuring each brief is data-driven, high-quality, and performance-optimized.            
    • Collaborate with creative production partners to ensure seamless execution of ad assets.      
    • Work across teams—including Creative Strategists, Designers, Media Buyers, and Account Strategists—to maintain alignment and efficiency.                  
    • Think outside the box—constantly innovating to push creative boundaries and develop high-converting ad concepts.                  
    • Move fast—this is a high-volume, high-velocity role requiring quick execution, iteration, and refinement.                    
    • Stay ahead of industry trends to help shape cutting-edge ad creative strategies.                        

What You Need

    • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, creative strategy, or performance marketing.         
    • Proven experience in multi-channel paid media creative strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).            
    • Strong analytical skills—must be able to extract insights from Motion boards, Facebook Business Manager, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.            
    • Experience developing and presenting high-impact creative briefs for paid social ad campaigns.               
    • Understanding of D2C brand growth and performance-driven advertising.           
    • Ability to work efficiently across teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution across multiple stakeholders.                   
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and fast-moving—comfortable handling a large volume of creative briefs in a deadline-driven environment.                    
    • Obsessed with advertising trends, consumer behavior, and performance marketing innovation.                 
    • Self-starter mindset—able to take ownership and drive projects forward with speed and precision.                          

Salary & Perks

    • This is a full-time, long-term position.            
    •  The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.          
    • Work from home.             
    • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
