About the Role:

ttg:digital is TodayTix Group’s latest venture in disrupting the cultural experience space. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful digital marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show’s viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchase tickets.

ttg:digital is looking for freelance website designers to help with off-site projects, primarily for clients in the live entertainment/theater industry. The types of projects range from full website designs, landing pages, and website updates.

We are seeking designers who have experience designing anything from large non-profit websites to smaller micro-sites and landing pages. Ideal candidates have working knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Figma. Designers should understand visual communication in websites across today’s many devices and browser sizes. Knowledge of the latest trends in webs design a plus.

Please note: this is a part-time, project-based opportunity. Hours will vary depending on the project’s requirements, but will not exceed 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

    • Design stunning, on-brand websites and web pages that blend visual appeal with strategic purpose.
    • Develop a solid strategy using UX/UI best practices to amp up user experience and functionality.
    • Master responsive design techniques to ensure flawless performance across all devices and screen sizes.
    • Team up with developers to bring your designs to life seamlessly and accurately.
    • Implement and maintain top-tier SEO strategies, weaving them into the site’s content.

We're Looking for Someone With:

    • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. 
    • At least 3 years of detail-oriented web design experience.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software including Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and other visual design tools. 
    • Must have experience designing CMS websites such as Wordpress. 
    • Experience with responsive and adaptive design. 
    • Excellent visual design skills and sharp eyes for details. 
    • Creativity and innovative ideas, always open to fresh ideas.
    • Strong communication skills who can collaborate and inspire.
$50 - $100 an hour
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually. 

We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
