About the Role:

Powered by TodayTix (PxT) is our latest pursuit to make live entertainment more accessible than ever. Leveraging TodayTix technology, PxT empowers our partners to boost sales, broaden their audience reach, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Ticketing Operations Executive to join our Supply Operations team and play a key role in bringing PxT projects to life—from the first spark of an idea through to launch. In this role, you’ll work closely with our internal teams and a wide range of industry partners to help build and refine the tools that power unforgettable live events across the UK and beyond.

Your work will have a direct impact on partner satisfaction, revenue management, and the customer experience by ensuring PxT events are accurately set-up, maintained, and reconciled.

Please note: Qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in our London office, as well as additional on-site presence for event support.

The salary range for this role is £29,000 - £31,000.

What Success Looks Like:

    • Event Management: Successfully setting up and maintaining events across all outlets, ensuring accurate inventory and revenue management.
    • Pricing and Inventory Control: Effectively repricing, allocating, and managing inventory for owned channels and third-party agents to maximize sales results.
    • Reporting Accuracy: Providing accurate and comprehensive reporting to internal and external partners and stakeholders.
    • On-Site Support: Ensuring smooth event launches with confident on-site team support for ticketing queries.

What You’ll Do:

    • Event Setup and Maintenance – Own the setup and maintenance of Powered by TodayTix events across all outlets.
    • Inventory and Pricing Management – Reprice, allocate, and manage inventory for owned channels and third-party agents, executing pricing strategies as directed.
    • Reporting and Communication – Provide accurate and comprehensive reporting for both internal and external partners and stakeholders.
    • Ticketing System Support – Work with our Ticketing Systems Provider to ensure optimal functionality of event on-sales.
    • Operational Support – Support Ticketing Operations on access programs and dispatch, and provide on-site support at event launches.

We’re Looking for Someone With:

    • Prior experience working on ticketed events.
    • An understanding of the ticketing life cycle of a live event.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to a varied workday.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel or similar software.
    • The ability to work under own initiative and to deadlines.
