Above all, you’ll be working alongside a team of collaborative, passionate, and kind humans - people who love theatre and live experiences, and who support each other just as much as they challenge each other to do great work.
We are seeking outstanding applicants of all backgrounds to join our team to bring new voices, talent, and perspectives to the table. We encourage all to apply.
About the Role:
ARTHOUSE is the creative agency within TodayTix Group. We craft inspiring, high-impact digital marketing campaigns that connect audiences to unforgettable live entertainment experiences. Our team combines storytelling, platform fluency, and a deep understanding of theatre and culture to create work that builds buzz, drives discovery, and elevates the profile of every production we support.
We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative Associate Creative Director, ARTHOUSE with a strong editorial sensibility and deep social fluency to oversee copywriting and strategic support across ARTHOUSE campaigns in the U.S. In this role, you will act as the agency’s in-house editorial lead—generating brand-aligned copy, providing real-time proofreading, and ensuring every creative deliverable meets our high standard for tone, clarity, and impact.
You will also lead our organic and paid social media strategy—partnering closely with internal teams and freelancers to shape high-performing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and X. As ARTHOUSE continues to evolve, there may be opportunities to expand the team by hiring additional support in the social or community management space. The ACD will help guide this expansion and ensure continuity and excellence throughout.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, and executor—fluent in both brand-building and performance marketing. You’re someone who can direct a TikTok shoot one day, write compelling social copy the next, and confidently present campaign insights to clients.
This is a hands-on role that spans content, creative strategy, and campaign oversight—with an eye toward developing your creative voice and stepping into larger leadership responsibilities over time.
Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
What Success Looks Like:
- Editorial Excellence → Ensure all ARTHOUSE creative assets are proofread, polished, and aligned to the client’s brand voice, with zero errors and consistent tone across platforms.
- Creative Copywriting → Deliver standout, on-brand copy across a range of channels—from social and digital to experiential and branded content—with an emphasis on performance, clarity, and cultural relevance.
- Strategic Rigor → Support social and campaign strategy with platform-native thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and copy that reflects evolving best practices.
- Social Platform Leadership → Lead paid and organic social efforts for ARTHOUSE campaigns, working closely with media buyers and creatives to produce high-impact content and drive platform engagement.
- Client Confidence & Impact → Build trust with internal teams and clients by bringing a clear editorial point of view, proactive strategic ideas, and a strong sense of ownership to every campaign touchpoint.
- Creative Mentorship → Help develop the creative voice of ARTHOUSE through constructive feedback, team collaboration, and mentorship opportunities, particularly on social-first storytelling.
What You’ll Do:
- Write compelling, channel-optimized copy across all ARTHOUSE creative deliverables, including social posts, paid ads, video scripts, sizzle decks, email, experiential collateral, and more.
- Proofread all outgoing creative work to ensure editorial consistency, grammatical accuracy, and on-brand tone across clients and platforms.
- Develop and lead social media strategies (organic + paid) for ARTHOUSE clients—tailored to campaign goals, audience behavior, and the distinct identity of each production.
- Oversee the execution of social campaigns end to end: from content planning and briefs to publishing schedules and performance reporting.
- Support short-form video ideation, scripting, and direction—especially for platforms like TikTok and Reels—with a focus on storytelling, trend adaptation, and platform-specific engagement.
- Partner with media buyers on paid social campaigns—help define target audiences, optimize content for performance, and analyze results for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ARTHOUSE teammates across Creative, Client Services, Performance Media, and Talent to ensure integrated, effective campaigns.
- Track and interpret key metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, CTR, CPM) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of emerging platform trends, cultural moments, and content formats to bring fresh ideas to both client work and internal creative development.
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- 5–7+ years of experience in copywriting, social media strategy, or creative content leadership within a fast-paced, brand-forward environment (agency or in-house), ideally within entertainment, culture, or lifestyle sectors.
- A keen editorial eye and an exceptional command of grammar, syntax, and tone, with the ability to shift seamlessly between brand voices.
- Proven ability to write for and lead strategy on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and X—with fluency in platform best practices and a strong sense of cultural relevance.
- Hands-on experience with short-form content ideation and production, including scripting and concept development for video.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaign structure and optimization; fluency in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear creative direction and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in a fast-moving, cross-functional creative environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Broadway and live entertainment space—or a strong passion and curiosity for it.
- A genuine passion for connecting people to culture through content and storytelling.
