What you'll be doing
- Delight prospective customers by delivering an exceptional sales experience, providing demos of the Together platform for qualified leads, and managing the complete buying process.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, pain points, and establish that Together’s platform is the best solution available.
- Accurately forecast deals and revenue achievements through consistent and detailed management of your pipeline in HubSpot.
- Follow up with prospects in a timely, conscientious, and professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g. Customer Success, Marketing, and Product) to contribute to the company’s overall success.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

What you'll bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Preferred: Experience within a B2B technology company
- Preferred: Experience selling/interacting with HR or L&D teams

Qualifications
- Required: 2+ years in SaaS sales
- Required: 1+ year as an Account Executive in SaaS sales

Compensation
- Base: $100,000 CAD
- OTE: $225,000 CAD
- Equity
