Associate Manager, Sales & Trade Marketing

Topicals is seeking a data driven Associate Manager of Sales and Trade Marketing to support the VP, Sales in the day to day of driving sales to key retailers. This Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in managing & implementing key initiatives that are directly tied to sales growth and retailer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist VP of Sales with day to day needs of the business while working cross-functionally and externally with key Retailer stakeholders.
    • Support with execution of product submission, assortment updates, merchandising presentations, planogram strategy, launch planning, etc.
    • Manage business deliverables, timelines, retail calendars, sell in and sell out reports, prioritizing key projects and initiatives.
    • Review location and space rollout strategies in partnership with field and events teams to ensure inventory levels are maintained adequately.
    • Assist with planning and strategy for samples and kits.
    • Supporting with market decks, go-to-market and planning and execution.
    • Review RTV and T&D planning and execution on a weekly and quarterly basis.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc. to process.
    • Complete and submit marketing briefs for campaigns, content needed, etc.
    • Manage Retail Budget documents.

Skills and Requirements

    • Sephora in-store experience preferred.
    • Minimum 2-3 years sales & marketing experience.
    • Knowledge of cosmetics products and beauty industry.
    • Knowledge of retail trends, consumer behavior, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and maintain timelines.
    • Ability to travel as needed.
