Job Summary
As the Projects and Enablement Coordinator within the Matching Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic projects and ensuring that our Matching team is best equipped to work with Toptal’s clients to custom-match them with individuals in our Talent network. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Talent Operations Leadership on impactful projects, fostering growth and development within the Matching team. This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

· Enablement Strategies and Projects: Design and implement enablement strategies to empower the Matching team with the necessary resources, tools, and support.
· Project Support: Contribute to projects within the Matching team that solve business challenges and improve operations. Activities may include defining the project scope, contributing to the solution, and/or developing an implementation plan.
· Change Management: Assess stakeholder impacts to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
· Training and Development: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to facilitate the team’s understanding and adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices.
· Communication: Act as a liaison between the Matching team and other cross-functional teams, ensuring effective and clear communication of project objectives, milestones, and updates.
· Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including processes, guidelines, and resources to support team members in their day-to-day tasks.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on projects, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
· Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from team members regarding tools, training, and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
· Onboarding: Work with the Matching team to update and maintain the onboarding process as needed.
In the first week, expect to:
· Onboard and integrate into Toptal.
· Rapidly begin learning about Toptal’s history, culture, and vision.
· Familiarize yourself with the team’s tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
· Become proficient with Toptal’s platform.
In the month week, expect to:
· Learn about the team’s processes and policies. Familiarize yourself with the content repository and the project tracker.
· Become familiar with various teams in Toptal and understand how they contribute to the company’s success.
· Start assisting in the creation of enablement deliverables and ongoing projects.
In the three months, expect to:
· Take ownership of the Enablement process and make recommendations to improve processes.
· Develop training materials and resources and conduct training sessions with stakeholders.
· Contribute to projects that increase team performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
· Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
In the six months, expect to:
· Drive improvements to the Matching enablement process.
· With a full grasp of the role, you will start making your own contributions to our strategies, while exercising discretion and independent judgment.
· Be an integral part of the Matching team’s success.
In the first year, expect to:
· Make significant contributions to project execution and implementation.

· Act as a subject matter expert on the Enablement Coordinator role.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree is required.
· Must have 2-3+ years of experience in a role coordinating projects and developing training/resources (e.g., enablement, change management, program management, product management, business operations, etc.).
· Project Management experience and/or experience working for a technology company is a big plus, but not required.
· Must have world-class time management and organization skills and possess excellent written and oral communication.
· Must be solution-oriented, love to problem solve, and think outside the box.
· Must be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge, and learn from them. Possess a positive, confident, and determined demeanor.
· You are a self-starter, flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
· Must possess a great command of Google Sheets and Google Docs, including the ability to gather data and information from different sources, process it, and present it in a digestible manner.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts.
