Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Operations at Toptal, you will drive cross-functional initiatives that support strategic direction, execution frameworks, workflow optimization, KPI development, and scalable team structures needed to fuel Toptal’s growth. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Operations, you will act as a trusted advisor to tackle complex, high-impact challenges and contribute directly to outcomes that matter while partnering closely with senior leaders across the organization.
This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities:
The following information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or required skills.
Working within our Customer team, you will scope initiatives, develop structured approaches, and help build comprehensive strategies to meet key objectives—delivering them with precision. You’ll collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to enable successful execution of major company initiatives that may result in new offerings, enhanced systems, or more efficient processes. Your ability to quickly understand the business, influence key decision-makers, develop actionable recommendations, and follow through to execution will define your impact. Upon delivery, you’ll continue to support or co-own the initiative to drive ongoing improvement and long-term value.
The life cycle of your projects will look like this: Approach initiatives with a consultant’s mindset—ask smart questions, learn quickly, and understand the broader business context. Think beyond constraints and develop frameworks that can enable significant impact, not just incremental change. Execute directly where needed and build infrastructure that can scale. Post-launch, ensure long-term sustainability by embedding processes and best practices that can live beyond you.
