The Role at Torch

- Work closely with senior management and team lead to build the playbook for Torch account management
- Collaborate and work closely with a portfolio of dental practice partners to engage, retain and grow a book of business of accounts on the Torch platform
- Identifying new revenue opportunities through product adoption and location expansion
- Communicate changes, updates, and product roadmaps to accounts
- Identify key risks to our partnerships, and work quickly and diligently to ensure we are delivering the best possible experience for our practices to ensure high account retention
- Collect and synthesize practice feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Torch the central ordering Platform for our practice partners

Qualifications

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- 3+ year of experience in a B2B, client facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Account Management)
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
- Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our partners in order to hit monthly and quarterly revenue, retention, and adoption targets
- Ability to think strategically and analyze practice’s needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve
- Demonstrate time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on impact
- Passionate about building relationships, particularly with small businesses
- Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment
- Strong communication skills to engage talented candidates and evangelize Torch’s mission

Geography: This role can be hybrid in-office/from home from New York City, Austin, or fully remote. Please note that candidates for this role would be expected to work standard EST business hours.
