Torch is targeting the $100+ billion office-based healthcare supply industry, starting with dental practices. Our innovative e-commerce software platform streamlines healthcare professionals’ procurement process and helps them secure the best prices.

Our founding team has experience from Blackstone, SmartAsset, Dropbox, and Datadog, from schools including Harvard and MIT.


Summary: You will be joining Torch's growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative. Torch's SDR program will teach you business fundamentals to grow your sales career. You will have a training period, ramp period, then be expected to begin speaking with prospects and customers within the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify key decision makers within accounts, and has an interest and aptitude in engaging with people and small businesses to pitch a vision and create interest. You will create qualified sales opportunities by performing targeted outbound prospecting to build rapport and establish relationships, and by responding to inbound interest.

Successful SDRs at Torch have the opportunity to move upward quickly within the sales team and take on greater customer and prospect responsibilities.


Responsibilities: As a Sales Development Representative you will help sell Torch's software solution. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, setting meetings, and working with other sales team members and customers. You will partner closely with experienced sales team members to create and execute on sales opportunities, and have the opportunity to observe and learn the full sales process.


Qualifications
•Recent graduate; Bachelor's degree
•0-1 years of related work experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
