What you’ll do:

We are looking for a committed, hands-on Business Strategy & Operations Analyst to help build and execute an exceptional operations foundation. You will manage and execute Torch’s day-to-day operations and strategy in a fast paced environment while working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Sales. As an Analyst, you will have the potential for rapid growth and impact as we scale to thousands of practices across new markets.

What we are looking for:

-A bachelor’s degree
-0-2 years of professional experience
-Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
-High attention to detail and ability to understand and organize complex workflows
-A “can do” attitude with a focus on customer empathy and service
-Hands-on collaborator that works well in teams
-A passion for understanding and solving user problems
-Passion for healthcare - interest in office-based healthcare (e.g., dental)
-Interest in technology and software

Key Responsibilities:

-Build a deep understanding of Torch’s operational workflows and processes
-Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and automation opportunities
-Understand and manage customer needs
-Manage vendor relationships and workflows
-Develop expertise on internal tools, data, and technical processes (e.g. product analysis, order fulfillment tools, database querying)
