Your Contribution:

    • Founding team member of the Torch Marketing team. Exciting opportunity to stand-up the Torch marketing function
    • Develop and execute our B2B demand generation strategy interfacing directly with C Suite management
    • Develop and manage the execution of marketing efforts across several channels with the goal of measuring efficacy of customer acquisition and accelerating efforts and spend in most impactful areas
    • Partner closely with sales team to drive customer acquisition and ensure a smooth customer buying experience
    • Define, budget, and execute marketing campaigns to drive meaningful customer acquisition
    • Develop content for marketing, including emails, content, and other marketing materials (case studies, email campaigns, blog, social, newsletters) that educates our users and customers
    • Articulate, package, and deliver compelling stories to drive successful lead generation, customer engagement, and acquisition
    • Share insights across consumer Marketing, Product and Sales teams

What we are looking for:

    • 4+ years of experience in Marketing, specifically in B2B targeting small businesses, ideally healthcare
    • 2+ years of experience in a start-up environment
    • Motivated to stand-up a marketing function working with C Suite
    • B2B experience with designing and maintaining an omni-channel customer experience
    • Skilled in digital channels; deep understanding of marketing technology and driving to meaningful customer acquisition
    • Develop relevant content based on the customer’s context in their journey
    • Data and results-driven marketer; expert in best practices for B2B, utilizing both digital and traditional direct channels
