Content Operations is responsible for managing customers’ marketing libraries and coordinating workflow to build custom content into Total Expert. Content Coordinators are responsible for managing & executing assigned customers’ Custom Content projects and platform configuration projects.
This is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence at our St. Louis Park, MN office 3 days per week.
What you’ll be doing:
· Manage and execute assigned projects, maintaining consistency, quality, and a proactive cadence throughout the project lifecycle.
· Review, assess and manage scope of work on assigned projects.
· Prioritize and resolve customer issues, meeting SLO expectations and collaborating with internal teams as needed.
· Partner with the content development team to ensure accurate creation, QA, and deployment of media files into the Total Expert platform.
· Consult directly with customers via phone, email and ticketing system to gather input, solve problems, and strategize on scalable content builds tailored to their goals.
· Interpret and translate customer requests into actionable developer instructions while ensuring the original intent is preserved.
· Support internal teams and customers (e.g., Implementation, Customer Success) by providing content expertise and guidance on customer-specific challenges.
· Maintain meticulous project documentation and ensure high-quality communication across all customer touchpoints.
· Meet KPIs for each project on efficiency, scope adherence, and project timeline.
· Participate in internal initiatives, cross-functional projects, and process improvement efforts that align with department and company goals.
What we are looking for:
· 2+ years of experience in customer facing role with proven ability to effectively interact and manage customer projects (SaaS preferred)
· Experience with presenting to groups and customers using Microsoft PowerPoint
· Experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
· Familiarity with HTML and CSS
· Experience with marketing campaigns
· Preferred experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign. Photoshop, Illustrator
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
· Willingness to learn, grow and adapt within role and fast-moving environment
Compensation/Benefits: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 annually. Final total compensation offered is dependent upon the selected individual's qualifications and experience. This role is also eligible for variable pay based on company performance and other factors. As an employee of the company, you will be eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan.
