Digital Campaign Manager

We are currently seeking a highly passionate Digital Campaign Manager to join our team based in our Vienna Office. The Digital Campaign Manager is a creative thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and close revenue producing ideas. The ideal candidate is determined to join our multinational team who likes working in a fast-paced environment, enjoys challenging work and most importantly loves travel! In this full-time marketing position you will be working with all marketing channels used in TourRadar’s marketing mix. You will work closely with our team of in-house specialists to implement campaign initiatives based on the marketing strategy.

What to expect
Take the lead on small and large-scale digital campaigns.
Develop breakthrough concepts and ideas for the promotion and marketing of tours in the digital space.
Oversee the creation and delivery of creative assets and copy as needed.
Partner with several marketing teams to ensure communications cadence, targeting optimization and campaign execution are aligned to deliver the bottom line.
Monitor campaign performance, from beginning to end, to interpret and to quickly optimize campaigns.
Gather and aggregate various sources of data to prepare recap reports of campaign performance, spends, and sales for distribution to partners and for internal staff.
Work with and manage partners on select projects.
Apply your knowledge in all areas of Digital Marketing including Growth Hacking, A/B testing, SEO, Email/CRM Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, CRO, Referral Marketing and Affiliate Marketing

Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing or similar
4-5 years of experience in digital/Omni-channel marketing
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Must be able to work independently
Versatile and self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a must
Proficient in Excel / Google Spreadsheets
Familiar with Google Analytics and/or similar
Experience with manipulating and interpreting large data sets to generate reports which provide insights & conclusions
Exceptional grammar, communication and writing skills
Ability to quickly learn and use new technology
Ability to multitask and handle a number of projects at once
Open minded and positive team player
Fluent English speaker
Passion for travel
