Traditionally, these types of experiences have been predominately serviced offline by brick and mortar travel agents, but we recognize that it's time to move this industry online and capture global market share through digital reach. With over 40 different nationalities in our team and offices spread across Europe, North America and Australia, we work to deliver the best possible service and tour booking experience to our customers. Launched in 2010, we proudly produce everything in-house thanks to our exceptional internal talent and are now looking to scale our team.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Toronto office. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, customer service & sales focused, enjoy challenging work and most importantly love to travel! The start date for this position is April 9, 2019.

Core responsibilities:
• Helping travellers book the perfect tour via chat, email or by telephone
• Providing advice to customers who have either found a specific tour on or are undecided between a number of options
• Participating in weekly strategy meetings to provide feedback from the frontline
• Handling booking cancellations, changes, payment issues, and adjustments
• Working Wednesday-Sunday from 12-8pm

What we're looking for:
• You have exceptional communication skills and love talking to people
• You have experience with high volumes of enquiries via phone, chat and/or email
• You are sales driven with ability to sell via phone
• You are open-minded, love challenges, and interested in travelling
• You are comfortable with tech. You don’t need to write your own custom code but are open to learning the basics of troubleshooting and working at a software company
• You are enthusiastic to learn and become an expert on our tools and tech
• You don't know the meaning of “I can’t find the answer”

Bonus if you have:
• Experience working at a startup
• Experience with online booking tools, a Mac, and are generally tech savvy
• TICO certification
