We are seeking a Customer Success Implementation Specialist to focus on two main priorities within the CS organization which includemanaging the end-to-end process of Data Lake implementation for Traackr clients and increasing efficiencies across Customer Success tools and processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients can seamlessly integrate Traackr data into their systems. As the Implementation Specialist, you will guide customers through data ingestion and interpretation, helping them effectively utilize the data to meet their business needs and achieve operational efficiency. When you aren’t working directly with Traackr clients, you’ll be partnering with the Director of CS Operations to optimize the impact of Traackr CS team. You’ll develop and implement common tools, resources and processes to help the team maximize client satisfaction within the defined service levels set by Traackr.

The ideal candidate for this position is a strong communicator who can explain technical concepts and provide best practices to technical stakeholders on the client side. They are passionate about solving complex technical problems, demonstrate keen attention to detail, and are committed to team and cross-team collaborations. This individual excels in optimizing tools, resources, and processes to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

    • Oversee the entire Data Lake implementation process, from initial request to full integration
    • Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations, assist in scoping projects
    • Work closely with clients to understand their data and use-case requirements, delivering customized solutions that meet their specific needs
    • Define and execute delivery and implementation plans, test and troubleshoot final system setup
    • Assist clients in comprehending and interpreting the ingested data, offering insights and best practices to ensure they have a positive experience with the product
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data exports, ingestion, and interpretation of the data within clients’ systems.
    • Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
    • Work closely with the internal product and engineering teams to improve the scale and structure of the data exports to improve client's and internal stakeholder's experience
    • Optimize and coordinate the development of shared materials (playbooks, decks, process docs)
    • Identify and implement improvements in customer support processes to help achieve operational excellence
    • Formalize and manage compliance over the processes and guidelines within the CS team
    • Act as the initial point of contact with other internal teams to define shared processes or resources
    • ​​Manage the CS technology stack (ie challenge, innovate, optimise if required..), including Intercom, Skilljar, Heap in coordination with other internal stakeholders
    • Facilitate sharing best practices across the CS team
    • Explore how to leverage AI to gain more team-wide efficiencies
    • Continue to optimize Intercom support processes to achieve a significant decrease in response and close times  

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years experience in data engineering, data lake implementation, or related roles
    • Experience with data ingestion, ETL processes, and data pipeline management
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as DOMO, Power BI, or Tableau
    • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and successful delivery of Data Lake implementations
    • Effective project manager, pro-active planner, organized, adaptable, and customer-focused 
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements

Nice to have

    • Experience with data warehouses like BigQuery
    • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
$80,000 - $110,000 a year

This position is 100% remote, with the understanding that occasional in-person attendance may be required for trainings, meetings, and team gatherings, as determined by your manager.
