We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Delivery Lead to oversee the global support and delivery operations of SAP-based digital manufacturing applications. This role will be responsible for managing incident and change management processes, leading a team of system analysts and vendors, and driving continuous improvement in SAP processes for a global food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Manufacturing modules (especially SAP PP, SAP GBT), excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong background in digital transformation initiatives
Responsibilities:
- The Apps Mgmt Sub Delivery Lead, Digital Manufacturing is also responsible for managing a global team of System Analysts and outsourced partners to support the ongoing operational management of the SAP environment, incident management and change management.
- Confers with and advises system analysts on administrative policies and procedures, operational problems, priorities, and methods.
- Reviews and evaluates work and prepares performance reports. Mentors business analysts for career development and performance improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Manufacturing modules (10–12 years preferred).
- Proven experience in managing SAP Manufacturing operations in a global setup.
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP deployments involving SAP PP, GBT, WM.
- Strong configuration knowledge in SAP PP and SAP GBT.
- Understanding of integration across SAP modules and external systems (e.g., Maximo, MES).
- Deep knowledge of business processes in Food Manufacturing and Digital Manufacturing.
- SAP certification in Manufacturing modules such as SAP PP or SAP GBT is required.
- Additional knowledge in SAP QM, SAP WM, SAP PI/PO, EWM, MES, or Label Printing is a plus.
- Graduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
