We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer | Data Scientist to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI products and solutions for our enterprise clients. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with exceptional communication skills to drive digital transformation initiatives from conception to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI product development from discovery through deployment, ensuring successful business adoption
- Partner with global enterprise clients to identify opportunities for Gen AI integration into their workflows
- Design and build custom AI solutions tailored to specific client needs and industry requirements
- Drive data-driven decision making across organizations through strategic AI implementations
- Serve as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor to C-level executives
- Architect workflow automations and AI systems that directly impact bottom-line results
- Translate complex AI concepts into clear business value propositions for diverse stakeholders
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing enterprise ecosystems
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML products, with demonstrated success
- Deep expertise in Gen AI, including LLMs, VLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems
- Advanced proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in LangChain and HuggingFace frameworks
- Strong experience with ML model development, fine-tuning, and deployment
- Expertise in cloud AI services: Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, and related infrastructure
- Proficiency in data engineering: SQL, ETL processes, and big data technologies
- Experience with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, statistics, and optimization techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to create compelling technical documentation and architecture diagrams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vector databases and embedding technologies
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques
- Background in building conversational AI and chatbot systems
- Deep technical curiosity with hands-on coding mentality
- Strong presentation skills with executive presence
- Ability to bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and practical implementation
