Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FP&A analysts and data professionals in the development and execution of data-driven financial strategies.
• Own and evolve the analytics roadmap for FP&A by integrating traditional financial planning with advanced data science and predictive analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and financial insights.
• Leverage tools such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, and Power BI to build dynamic models, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain complex forecasting, budgeting, and scenario models aligned with business objectives.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques (e.g., machine learning, regression modeling, clustering) to improve forecasting accuracy and financial planning processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across financial reporting systems and dashboards.
• Present key findings, trends, and recommendations to senior finance and business leaders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes, automation, and analytical capabilities within the global FP&A function.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
