We are looking for an experienced Applications Management Sub-Delivery Lead – Digital Manufacturing to manage and deliver SAP-based manufacturing solutions within a complex enterprise landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in SAP PP, SAP GBT, and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), with a strong focus on supporting and optimizing digital manufacturing processes in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application management services for SAP Manufacturing solutions, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Support the successful delivery of digital manufacturing initiatives by managing end-to-end application lifecycle for SAP PP, GBT, and PM modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure manufacturing solutions meet operational needs.
- Manage service delivery and oversee incident, change, and problem management processes in alignment with SLAs.
- Provide expert guidance on manufacturing business processes and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
- Perform hands-on SAP configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions across manufacturing modules.
- Ensure effective integration between SAP PP, GBT, and PM, and with other modules such as MM, QM, and WM.
- Contribute to global SAP rollouts and manage system upgrades, enhancements, and patch deployments.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Support manufacturing plants and users across multiple geographies and time zones.
