We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI and data-driven use cases, driving adoption and scaling impact across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product/use case lifecycle – from idea to delivery.
- Translate business needs into a clear product roadmap and backlog.
- Work with Agile teams to maximize value, ensure quality delivery, and track progress.
- Partner with business and tech stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align with strategy.
- Guide teams on GenAI technologies, data analysis, and product design approaches.
- Ensure compliance with pharma regulations (GxP, FDA/EMA, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
Skills & Experience Needed
- 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management / Business Analysis.
- Strong pharma background (GxP and regulatory compliance experience is a must).
- 2+ years of experience in GenAI / AI/ML projects.
- Solid expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Experience in data & analytics, product roadmaps, and iterative development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (business & technical).
- Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure), APIs, integrations, and data platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related).
- Fluency in English; German/French is a plus.
