We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong pharmaceutical industry background to drive product vision and execution. The ideal candidate will have played a Scrum Master role, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of business analysis and agile product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements in the pharma domain.
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into clear product backlog items and user stories.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile best practices are followed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—engineering, QA, compliance, and business stakeholders—to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Drive requirement gathering and business analysis to ensure clear and complete documentation.
- Manage and influence stakeholders across business and technology for seamless delivery.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in product ownership/business analysis within the pharma or life sciences domain.
- Proven experience in Scrum with a track record of having played the Scrum Master role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid background in business analysis—process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
