We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our team in developing and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies while working on enterprise-grade applications that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions optimized for production environments
    • Build and maintain data preprocessing pipelines for various document formats (PDF, Word, Excel)
    • Design and implement RAG-based AI assistants with focus on scalability and performance
    • Integrate knowledge graphs to enhance enterprise data discovery capabilities
    • Create end-to-end AI workflows with comprehensive testing and monitoring
    • Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of AI applications
    • Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices
    • Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 1-3 years of practical experience with Python programming
    • Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace)
    • Understanding of RAG architectures and implementation
    • Experience with prompt engineering and optimization techniques
    • Working knowledge of version control systems (Git)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Databricks for data processing and ML workflows
    • Knowledge of document parsing libraries and techniques
    • Experience with database management tools (DBeaver or similar)
    • Understanding of MLOps practices and deployment pipelines
    • Exposure to performance testing and optimization methodologies
    • Familiarity with knowledge graph technologies
