We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our team in developing and deploying production-ready Generative AI solutions. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies while working on enterprise-grade applications that directly impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions optimized for production environments
- Build and maintain data preprocessing pipelines for various document formats (PDF, Word, Excel)
- Design and implement RAG-based AI assistants with focus on scalability and performance
- Integrate knowledge graphs to enhance enterprise data discovery capabilities
- Create end-to-end AI workflows with comprehensive testing and monitoring
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and optimization of AI applications
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure code quality and best practices
- Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of practical experience with Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace)
- Understanding of RAG architectures and implementation
- Experience with prompt engineering and optimization techniques
- Working knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Databricks for data processing and ML workflows
- Knowledge of document parsing libraries and techniques
- Experience with database management tools (DBeaver or similar)
- Understanding of MLOps practices and deployment pipelines
- Exposure to performance testing and optimization methodologies
- Familiarity with knowledge graph technologies
