As believers in both the long and short, we’re hiring a critical player for our own growth - our Marketing Operations Manager.

As the ‘engine room’ of Tracksuit’s marketing team, this role will ensure our customer and campaign data is fully leveraged, making sure we have a strong foundation for the growth and retention of customers. As our Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in helping Tracksuit grow both faster and deeper by executing streamlined and efficient marketing operations and delivering best in class customer lifecycle campaigns.

As the Marketing Operations Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Digital and will be responsible for:

    • Enabling a data driven view of our audience segmentation and lifecycle stages for customer acquisition and retention, enriched by our various marketing platforms 
    • Monitoring our marketing communications health and the quality of our marketing data
    • Building, executing and optimizing email campaigns at each stage of the customer journey with relevant and personalized communication
    • Surfacing and simplifying our marketing performance metrics for internal stakeholders

That’s the role, so who are you?

    • A kind, smart and genuine human, who’s excited to grow
    • 3 to 4 yrs+ experience in a similar marketing operations or lifecycle marketing role; ideally at a tech startup or mid-stage company
    • Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM platform, and familiarity with other marketing tools and ad platforms
    • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data
    • Proven experience in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and defining success metrics
    • Strong understanding of customer behaviour and segmentation
$90,000 - $125,000 a year
We have transparent compensation at Tracksuit, which forces us to pay fair salaries that are justified.
