Are you Tracksuits new People Experience Coordinator? 
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, caring, and energetic individual who will play a vital role in ensuring our rapidly growing team has everything they need to succeed. If you are eager to take ownership of projects, add value, and put your creative ideas into action, then this opportunity is perfect for you!

In this multi-faceted role, you will manage the day-to-day office operations for our Auckland HQ, as well as provide support to our Sydney office. You will also play a key role in event planning, wellness initiatives, and being a culture champion across our global offices.

People are at the heart of Tracksuit, and it will be your job to ensure their well-being and happiness. Whether you are planning a celebration morning tea, organising Tracksuits for new starters, or helping organise our annual Homecoming celebration, your efforts will make a significant impact.

We are a flexible workplace, however this role is office first due to the nature of the responsibilities and People focus.

The Important Bits:
This permanent role is benchmarked as a Level 1 position in our internal framework, which translates to a compensation rate of $75,000 per annum. You’ll report into our People Operations Specialist sitting within our People function, and will join us as as an individual contributor. Our work environment is collaborative, supportive, and geared towards fostering both personal and professional growth.

As our People Experience Coordinator you will be responsible for:

    • Oversee daily operations of the Auckland HQ office and support the Sydney office.
    • Manage supply levels, including snacks, stationery, Office & IT equipment.
    • Liase with suppliers, property managers and vendors across Auckland & Sydney.
    • Assist with event planning, wellness initiatives, and cultural activities across global offices.
    • Be responsible for Health & Safety records and compliance in Auckland & Sydney.
    • Collaborate with the People Operations Specialist to implement new processes and improvements.
    • Act as a culture champion, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

$75,000 - $75,000 a year
