Our Growth teams are made up of two integral parts - Sales & Partnerships. Our Growth Teams are absolutely vital to the development and uhhhh…growth of Tracksuit. 

In 2024 we will be growing our Sales Team by adding experienced Account Executives across most of our teams (Sydney AUS, New York USA & London UK).

We look to our Sales Executives to seek out, nurture and expand relationships with clients and lean on sound business acumen and exceptional communication skills to help identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and ensure our customers are delighted and satisfied throughout all of our processes.

Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) play a crucial role in our sales process by generating and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. Our SDR’s are curious and proactive and love researching new customer opportunities and using various media sources and information to make contact with and qualify new business opportunities. 

This role will see you leaning on your relationship building and collaboration skills with both new clients and internal teams. In 2024 we will be looking to add multiple SDR’s to our Auckland NZ team.

In 2024, we’ll be looking to grow our Partnerships Teams across all our core markets by bringing on board Agency Partner Managers in each of our core geo locations. Our Agency Partnerships Managers are focused on growing and managing agency partnerships across your patch, while working with and reporting into our Partnerships Lead.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:
- Sourcing new agency partnerships (across creative, media, branding and digital agencies)
- The onboarding and enablement & continued engagement of partners
- Driving customer referrals through partners
- Adding value to our existing partners (strategy & insights) Aligning and working with our internal teams (sales, marketing, customer & product)  in a highly collaborative and cross-functional manner (Partnerships is a whole team effort!) effort!
