We are committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace - a place where we can each be ourselves and do the best work of our lives. At Tracksuit we consider a unique perspective, diverse experience and a growth mindset to be of greater value than ticking every box on an JD. If you think you have what it takes but don’t have the exact experience we’ve set out, please still get in touch and apply. We’d love to chat!

At Tracksuit we provide beautiful, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking which is easy to use compared to traditional methods. We recognise that sounds like a ton of buzzwords for marketers, so what it really means is that we did over 50,000 surveys last month to find out what real humans think and feel about the world’s best brands and their competitors. Are you Tracksuit’s new Senior Agency Partner Manager?
As the fourth member of our US Partnerships team, you’ll play a key strategic role in shaping how Tracksuit shows up in the agency ecosystem across North America. This is more than a relationship management role - you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic agency partner strategy - helping identify, engage, and grow meaningful, long-term partnerships with our top partners.

We’re looking for someone who can source high-value agencies, be the face of Tracksuit at industry events, and unlock new pathways to growth and influence. You’ll thrive at the intersection of business development, strategy, and strategic partnerships. You’ll also influence our cross-functional approach to partnerships, working closely with our Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer teams.

This is a high-impact role for someone who is as comfortable thinking strategically as they are getting stuck in and making things happen.

As our Senior Agency Partner Manager you will be responsible for:

    • Source and secure strategic agency partnerships across North America - identifying high-value opportunities and leading outreach and relationship development through to long term success
    • Lead strategic partner engagement plans, including onboarding, enablement, and regular value-led touchpoints
    • Drive partner-sourced growth by generating and converting pipeline in collaboration with Sales
    • Represent Tracksuit at industry events, conferences, panels, and agency gatherings - building our visibility, influence, and brand credibility
    • Negotiate and craft bespoke commercial partnerships with agency partners - rooted in shared commercial value and a sense of joy and long-term partnership
    • Champion the voice of the agency partner internally, influencing roadmap and cross-functional priorities
    • Collaborate with Product, Customer and Marketing to co-create content, campaigns, and programming
    • Design and test regional engagement tactics — from incentives to playbooks to scaled education programs
    • Mentor and support other Partner Managers, sharing best practices and helping to level up the broader team
    • Build dashboards, track KPIs, and make data-led decisions about where to focus
    • Constantly look for new ideas and scalable ways to deepen our impact across the agency ecosystem

That’s the role, so who are you?: We’re looking for a **strategic, commercially-minded, and thoughtful operator** who can speak the language of agencies, lead with empathy, and drive real impact. You likely have:

    • 5–7+ years’ experience in Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales, or scaling clients in the Advertising Agency world
    • Deep understanding of the agency landscape (creative, media, PR, digital) and how to build value-based partnerships
    • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills — you’re confident in the room with senior execs
    • Strong commercial acumen and comfort with revenue targets, pipelines and reporting
    • A track record of driving meaningful business outcomes and influencing cross-functional teams
    • Experience mentoring others or contributing to team rituals, onboarding, or capability uplift
    • A proactive, collaborative mindset — you love taking ownership and making things better
    • A love of brands and branding — you understand why strong brand health is essential for business success
$140,000 - $170,000 a year
